#02 TU Berlin Meeting

Meeting Objective

Discussion topics:

  • Travel budgets managing
  • Updating travel budgets according to EU rules and according to the planned
    training
  • Starting the managers and teachers training process
  • Presentation of WP1 product preparations

The following topics were raised:

  • The meeting was dedicated to initiating the process and organizing the
    project
  • Explanations regarding project budget management were given,
  • Travel budget management by travel days and according to each partner's
    packages.
  • WP1 P# 4 presented a literature review and the functional, legal and
    economic characteristics of social entrepreneurship as practiced in the EU,
    India and Israel.
  • The product was five different SinnoLAB models offered as suitable for
    developing an innovation platform in HEIs.

Summary

Meeting Results:

A list of tools and content required for SinnoLAB managers and teachers was presented. A long discussion took place in order to build the necessary training for managers and teachers. In the discussion we examined the subjects, suitability, the presence of field experts in these HEIs, and planning the specific dates proved to be problematic, taking into account the academic calendar, the Indian and Israeli calendars.
The products are two documents showing the managers and teachers training. Each training includes four different modules, together creating a database, tools and contents suitable for running a SinnoLAB.
